Tina Hightower Garrett
Tina Hightower Garrett is a Financial Coach, licensed insurance and annuity professional, and author of Unlocking the Mindset Vault with the Right Key and co-author of A Divine Healing Journey. With over 25 years of experience in property management, she now helps individuals and families build financial security through education and retirement strategies. Tina is the founder of It’s A Money Mindset Financial Coaching and co-founder of Two Sistas On A Journey. Her passion is ensuring that everyone has access to financial knowledge that can create better opportunities and a stronger future. Tina is also a proud wife, mother, and grandmother committed to helping others create generational wealth and financial peace.

Board Vice President
Wandah Mitchell Parenti
Wandah Mitchell Parenti is a California native, two-time bestselling author, podcast creator, entrepreneur, and CEO of Best Life Ever Placement Agency, LLC. She is also the co-founder of Two Sistas On A Journey.
Married for over 20 years, Wandah is a proud mother of four and loving “Mimi” to six grandchildren. She holds degrees in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising and Business Management and is a graduate of Oakland Bible College and Rock School of Ministry.
Passionate about ministry and mentoring women, Wandah also serves her community through volunteer work with Loaves And Fishes and as a Birthing Doula at her local county hospital. Through leadership, compassion, and service, she continues making a positive impact in the lives of others

Carol Neal - Robinson
Carol Neal Robinson is deeply committed to supporting Veterans, helping them successfully transition to civilian life, and guiding them through the complexities of their benefits. With extensive experience in HR, she specializes in identifying suitable placements for Veterans and ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
Her dedication is both professional and personal—having cared for her own Veteran brother, Carol understands firsthand the challenges Veterans face and the impact on their families. Beyond her work with Veterans, she has made significant contributions to the healthcare field as a State of Texas Ombudsman, advocating for the rights, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving healthcare services. Through her work, Carol continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
